Would we need to setup a server at our premises to operate all these EIMS (ERP) features?

No. All these modules will be available to you through your online Content Management Engine. The server will also do automatic data backups so you will never have to worry about lost data.

How would EduBlaze streamline the connect between college, students, faculty and parents?

EduBalze plans to develop several online EIMS (ERP) solutions to connect college, student, faculty, parents and other stakeholders. These will be available to you as and when these are rolled out.

Would EduBlaze give me complete usability like adding links, new pages and banners on a regular basis without involving a technical person?

Yes. EduBlaze has a complete Website Management System engine, which allows you to add links, create pages anytime, without involving a web developer or a technical person. Adding content to your site will now be as simple as adding content on Facebook.

EduBlaze solution comes pre-built with the site architecture carefully researched and developed in such a way that it is most suitable for schools & colleges. You would find most of the content pages already existing in the site we deliver. You can simply delete the pages you do not want and add content (photos/text) in the sections you wish to retain.

What other features would EduBlaze provide us keeping the future of education in mind?

EduBlaze shall be developing several EIMS (ERP) and other online modules to take care of operational needs of educational institutes. We expect EduBlaze to replace all existing solutions within a period of two years to become the world's most powerful solution for educational institutes.

What kind of back end support would EduBlaze provide us after website implementation?

EduBlaze is designed in such a way that you will never feel the need to contact us. You'll be able to do all your website update tasks easily. However, if you feel the need to understand anything or have a special need, we are always available during normal business hours.

We have a dedicated server at our premises; can we use it for hosting our website? If no, why?

EduBlaze is hosted on very powerful servers having high bandwidth and can serve millions of pages each day. The website management engine is developed in latest programming languages, has complex load-balanced databases, uses latest technological server environments and is centrally located, maintained and upgraded constantly. The site & our engine cannot be deployed on your server.

How is EduBlaze a complete educational website builder when the same structure can be used in other verticals?

EduBlaze, like the name suggests, is built from ground-up only to cater to the educational institutes and their operational needs. None of the features it has can be used for any other industry.

We are using a dynamic website for our institution, why should we use EduBlaze when they both work on the same parameters?

Unlike existing options like WordPress, EduBlaze engine is built from ground-up for educational institutes. We shall be adding advanced features like SMS messaging system, newsletter system, result declaration system, fee payment gateway integration and several EIMS (ERP) modules, which cannot be done using a WordPress format. Most of our future development module features will come to you free of cost so you will never have to constantly pay your web developers to add more powerful features.

How it works?

Controls for adding content: How is it different from WordPress website?

WordPress is a general website builder solution. WordPress is good for personal or small business websites. However, WordPress content management system is not customized to serve for educational institutes, particularly for Indian institutes. Integrating advanced EIMS (ERP) solutions with WordPress is also not possible and you would need endless development resource and development cost to be able to develop EIMS (ERP) solutions on your own, if you choose to work with WordPress platform. EduBlaze is a customized solution for educational institutes, which will constantly deliver advanced EIMS (ERP) solutions to you in future. Unlike WordPress, the initial version of the website we setup on EduBlaze for you has 95% of the pages you would need for your institute. You can simply add or delete a few pages as per your need and customize the content in the pages.

Would EduBlaze provide me with complex photograph compression algorithms to upload photographs with high resolution while using less memory space?

We shall suggest you free tools, which will allow you to do this on your own. At a later stage, these tools will be built into the engine for an effortless image optimization.

Would EduBlaze give me the feature to change and replace different layouts and themes for my website?

Yes. New and more themes are being developed by our design team. In the next few months, you can select a different design theme and transfer your entire website to a new look within minutes.
